This freebie is actually an oldie, but goodie of mine that has been downloaded over 20,000 times!

I went ahead and re-vamped it with some new clip art, new fonts, and even added a worksheet in! So if you've downloaded this freebie from me once before you'll want to grab it again to get the new stuff!

Bear-y Yummy Freebie

Here is a real quick "bear-y yummy" freebie for you. I love bears and we do a bear unit each January. There's just something about bears that kids love!

This is a Dolch sight word game. It includes both pre-primer and primer words. It's a super simple game. Each player gets a bear character with a cookie jar. The object of the game is to earn cookies for your cookie jar. I have printed cookies for this if you can't use food in the classroom, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE using the tiny mini cookies (even Cookie Crisp cereal works really well)!
Your students can eat the cookies they earn or you can even have them put them in a baggie and take them home for an afternoon snack!

Head over to my blog to grab this "bear-y yummy" freebie!

Meet Lidia from Kinder Alphabet

Hi there! I am Lidia from Kinder Alphabet. I have taught Pre-K, Kinder and 2nd grade. But, my favorite has always been Kindergarten. This is me, when I was in Kinder :)

I love to teach reading, themes and finding ways to incorporate activities into our learning centers. Teaching is such a busy job. So, I decided to create a classroom website many years ago, in an effort to keep myself organized. I had no idea how to build a website, but I figured out all that HTML mumbo jumbo. It was a good resource for parents and co-workers as well.

I also designed our School's website. This is the Kid Page by grade levels.

I have been a little obsessed with web design since then. And now, I keep playing around with my own blog layout and even with clip art. This is my blog :)

My blog was on wordpress, but noticed that older posts are not showing up. It seems to be stuck on the homepage and I do not know how to fix that. Soooo, I will be back on blogger. It is so much more user friendly.

I love blogging, but I have had to limit my computer time because I have not been feeling well lately. The good news is that I get to spend more time with my little ones.

This is Daisy. She's not so little anymore, but she's still my baby :) I wish that I had her beautiful voice. She's in choir, plays guitar, and has learned some amazing moves in martial arts. She has a huge heart and ran for Fall Fiesta Queen this summer to raise money for our church.

This is Angel. He's my lion king :) He loves baseball, soccer and hip hop. He's always on the go and loves the outdoors. Today's his birthday. Our schools had a 2 hour delay. Sooo, he decided to have a donut and hot coffee for his birthday breakfast! Lol. I do not like coffee, but he LOVES it!

And my little Isabella.  She's so precious. She loves to sing and dance. I have a video of her singing. I wish that I knew how to upload it to blogger. Maybe some other time :)

I hope that you enjoy today's freebie:)
Here's a sample. Just click on an image to download it.

And here's a clip art freebie too:)

Meet Jeannie from Kindergarten Lifestyle

Hi Freebielicious friends! - I want to introduce myself. I'm Jeannie...

 from

I am a mom of 6!! (Yes I am crazy - thank you for asking). My youngest is 5 and my oldest is 16 and only 1 girl in the whole bunch....btw she is MUCH meaner than the boys....and MUCH more dramatic!

I've taught for 10 years. I've taught kindergarten, first, and second grade. I really love each grade, but kindergarten is truly my passion. I love their innocence and their love for life. Even on my worst days, they brighten my life.

In 2008, I received my M.Ed in Reading. I have certifications as a Reading Specialist and Master Reading Teacher. I also am certified to teach ESL and SPED as well.

I love the teaching blogging community. I know for a fact that I've become a better teacher using ideas from teachers all over the world! I love the 'give and take' sharing that we have!

A few of my favorite things:

Christmas movies - seriously I could watch these 365 days a year. They just make me happy! :)

Diet Coke - and yes my classroom runs on it!....and my house too!

Pinterest - I'm a Pinterest Addict....like seriously! I probably need a 12-step program. If anyone has a pin for that let me know. :)

Come check out my boards - my most valuable asset!

Hawaii! - I am determined to make it there someday... {sigh} Is there any person in the world who doesn't want to visit there?

I made these Letter Box sheets for my class a few days ago. I thought maybe you could use them too. Click below to grab them!

Hope you enjoy!

Meet Annie {The Moffatt Girls}

Hi! It is always fun to get to know people more than just a name on a blog.  I hope you have enjoyed getting to know all of the Freebielicous authors a bit more and of course…all the wonderful FREEBIES!  I am so honored to be a part of this collaborative blog and to be able to share some fun resources with all of you!

I'm Annie and I blog at The Moffatt Girls.  Who exactly are the Moffatt Girls?  Well, some people think that I team up with my sister and we blog together as "The Moffatt Girls".  This is not true :)  I have a sister, but she is not a teacher and she doesn't have a blog.

Let me introduce you to the Moffatt Girls...

This is my sweet Audrey who turned 6 in June and is officially in 1st Grade.  Oh my gosh…I LOVE this little girl!  She is super smart, funny and makes me laugh all the time!

This is Sophia, the littlest Moffatt Girl, who just turned 4 in September.  Oh how I love my little Sophia!!  She is spunky, fun and definitely keeps me on my toes!  She doesn't appear on our blog as often as I like, because she has decided that wearing clothes is not her thing ;)

Here is a picture of me…the Moffatt Mommy!  I don't have a lot of pictures of myself, because I am always the one with the camera, taking the pictures :)  This grainy and blurry iPhone picture is not the best picture, but this is me :)

And here is the Moffatt Man!  I LOVE this man to pieces!  He is such a good Daddy to our girls and a wonderful husband!  He prefers to stay OFF of the blog…so please don't tell him I posted this picture of him :)

Yes, I homeschool our girls.  I taught for several years in the classroom and now I have the privilege of homeschooling.  Our days are structured and I still keep lesson plans.  Instead of 36 4th grades, I have 2 little girls :)  I like the student to teacher ratio a LOT better :)

Now onto the FREEBIE!
Here is a Gingerbread Math and Literacy Packet, which includes the following…
*Color by Sight Word Gingerbread
*Color, cut and paste math word problems
*Decorate your gingerbread and write about it
*Sight Word Watch for the word "see"
*Domino Addition
Gingerbread Math and Literacy FREEBIE from The Moffatt Girls!

We had tons of FUN with this packet last year and I hope you can use it in your classroom this year!
Head on over to The Moffatt Girls blog to grab your FREEBIE! I would love for you to leave a comment so I can learn more about you, too!

Bats & Spiders - Oh My!

I love October! I love the cool autumn air....ok we'll let's be honest - I live in Texas so I really need to say cool-er as in it's not 100+ anymore, not really cool! Anyways - I love it -- pumpkins, Halloween, creepy critters.....

Speaking of creepy critters, let's talk about bats and spiders! I love teaching my kinder kiddos about bats and spiders. In fact, it's the very first big nonfiction unit we do each year. Kids are inherently interested in bats and spiders and they have very definite opinions about both. So, I love to capture their attention and take advantage of their interests. Ah - yes! I'm a sneaky teacher!! :)

Here is a freebie for you. It's all about bats and spiders! I've included some graphic organizers, surveys, and graphs -- a great supplement for any bats and spiders unit! I hope you like it!
